اللغة العربية ليست وسيلة تخاطب وتواصل بين الناس وحسب، بل إن اللغة هُوية تختزل ماضي الأمة وإرثها الحضاري والسيادي وتقترن قوتها بقوة أبنائها، وتجسد حاضرها.لذا يهدف هذا المقرر إلى إكساب بعض المهارات التطبيقية في مستويات اللغة العربية؛الصوتية النطقية، والصرفية، والدلالية المعجمية، وكذلك النحوية، والإملائية، والبلاغية، والتعبير الشفوي والكتابي من خلال الوحدات الدراسية المقدمة.
بعد الانتهاء من دراسة هذا المقرر، سيكون الطالب قادراً على أن:
- يطبق المهارات الرئيسية لعلم الصرف، كالميزان الصرفي ، والتخلص من التقاء الساكنين ، وإسناد الأفعال للضمائر.
- يستخرج معاني الكلمات من المعاجم التي تختلف في منهج تأليفها .
- تعامل مع مختلف النصوص الادبية ويستقرأ منها.
- يوضح نوع القضايا البلاغية في النصوص والأمثلة.
- يصوب الأخطاء الإملائية الشائعة.
- يضع علامات الترقيم في مواضعها الصحيحة.
- يطبق مهارة قراءة الاستماع والقراءة الجهرية.
- يطبق مهارة التعبير الشفوي والتعبير الكتابي.
