This course provides nursing students with a comprehensive understanding of medically important parasites. It focuses on the classification, morphology, life cycles, and pathogenesis of protozoa, helminths (worms), and ectoparasites. The course emphasizes the nursing role in prevention, patient education, and the clinical management of parasitic infections.
